Which areas do you cover?+
From our Worcestershire base, we provide pet care across Worcestershire and Herefordshire, including Worcester, Malvern, Martley, Bromyard, Hereford, Ledbury, Leominster and surrounding towns and villages. Please ask about your postcode, as availability depends on the service, journey and dates.
What pet care services do you offer?+
We offer one-to-one dog walks, pet sitting in your pet’s own home, puppy visits, house visits, pet taxi journeys and bespoke wedding or event pet chaperoning.
Do you walk dogs in groups?+
No. Our dog walks are one-to-one and limited to dogs from one household, so your dog receives our full attention.
Are you experienced with large dog breeds?+
Yes. We have more than 20 years of animal-care experience and specialise in confident, individual care for big and strong dogs.
Will I receive updates while I’m away?+
Yes. We send regular photo and message updates, helping you relax while your pet stays happy in their familiar routine.
Are you insured, DBS checked and trained?+
Yes. Bubba Bear is fully insured and DBS checked. Bethannie has veterinary experience, is trained in pet first aid and CPR, and continues to keep her professional knowledge up to date.
Can you follow our feeding and training routine?+
Absolutely. We agree food, medication instructions, cues, boundaries and comfort needs before care begins.
